{"id":28232,"date":"2025-05-30T14:20:06","date_gmt":"2025-05-30T07:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/merdekacoppergold.com\/?p=28232"},"modified":"2025-05-30T14:27:21","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T07:27:21","slug":"tax-senior-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/merdekacoppergold.com\/en\/tax-senior-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Tax Senior Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Position Title: Tax Senior Manager<br \/>\nEntity: PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk<br \/>\nDepartment\/Division: Finance and Accounting Tax<br \/>\nWork Location: Jakarta HO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Purpose\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is a holding company with operating subsidiaries engaging in mining business activities, encompassing the exploration and future production of gold, silver, copper, and other related minerals, and mining services.<\/p>\n<p>Currently we are looking to hire a passionate applicant to join our team as a Tax Senior Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of tax group compliance, including the preparation and filing of various tax returns (e.g., SPT).<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage the tax audit process, serving as the primary point of discussion with tax authorities and ensuring successful outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct frequent mine site visits to understand operational and discussion with site tax office.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement the Group tax strategies to optimize tax position while ensuring full compliance with all regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, particularly those impacting the mining industry.<\/li>\n<li>Provide tax advice and support for corporate restructuring initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with various departments, including finance and operations to be in line with tax objective.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate existing tax risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
