Currently we are looking to hire a passionate applicant to join our team as a Cost Control Specialist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in budget details, able to determine standard\/normal costs, and investigate variances between actual costs and budgets by breaking them down into cost elements and categories as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze capital expenditure (capex) or operational expenditure (opex) proposals or requests from other departments to ensure they are reasonable, justifiable, aligned with operational needs, and within the approved budget.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze related financial data and generate detailed cost monitoring reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support and collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure all costs are executed, monitored, and remain within the approved proposals or budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recommend necessary activities for improving cost control and monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in one of the following fields; Finance, Accounting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 6 years of experience in accounting, management reporting, cost control, project management, financial analysis, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Audit experience or an auditing background; experience as an internal or external auditor from a reputable audit firm is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Proto).<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills: proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cross-functional or departmental teams or leading cost control initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of business regulations, such as SOX, GDPR, and other compliance standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Google Form : <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/rBGiigoBvqnhqLaR9\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/rBGiigoBvqnhqLaR9<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28016\" src=\"https:\/\/merdekacoppergold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Cost-Control-Specialist.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"177\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/merdekacoppergold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Cost-Control-Specialist.png 177w, https:\/\/merdekacoppergold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Cost-Control-Specialist-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 177px) 100vw, 177px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position Details Position Title: Cost Control Specialist Entity: PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk Work Location: Jakarta Primary Purpose\u00a0 PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is a holding company with operating subsidiaries engaging in mining business activities, encompassing the exploration and future production of gold, silver, copper, and other related minerals, and mining services.
