Currently we are looking to hire a passionate applicant to join our team as an Assistant Manager Accounting (Mandarin Speaking).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, coordinate, and review the monthly and annual closing processes by the closing checklist and within the specified deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Review the accuracy and completeness of detailed listings for balance sheet and profit or loss accounts and perform reconciliation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Review supporting work papers for the presentation and disclosure of the Company&#8217;s financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Review the Company&#8217;s draft financial statements every quarter.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and review the accounting work and records prepared by supervisors and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for internal and external purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic site visits.<\/li>\n<li>Perform financial report analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Execute projects assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the financial statement audit process and correspond with external auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and escalate potential accounting issues or problems to the Accounting Manager, along with recommended solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting.
